select more than one option.

Checkboxes
have the following attributes:
§TYPE:
checkbox.
§CHECKED:
is blank or CHECKED as the initial
status.
§NAME:
is the name of the variable to be sent to the
CGI
application.
§VALUE: is
usually set to a value.
